Renewing the tiles of an old pool WITHOUT REMOVING the old tiles
By following the same technical principle in the previous section, all the old tiles in our pool can be renewed quickly, comfortably and inexpensively.
All the steps described below must be scrupulously followed.
| 1st STEP: carry out an acid cleansing with: 1 part GRESNET + 1 part water: | Gresnet |
| 2nd STEP: carry out an alkaline cleansing with: 1 part FIX-SABO + 20 parts water: | Fix-Sabo |
| 3rd STEP: rinse walls and floor with clean water. | |
| 4th STEP: ALLOW TO DRY COMPLETELY | |
| 5th STEP: grout with FIXMAX S2 using a fine trowel you must insert the FIX-MALLA REVOCOS mesh. The final cement-mesh-cement thickness must not exceed 1 mm. | Fixmax S2 |
| 6th STEP: allow the grouting to dry: | |
| 7th STEP: now lay the new glass mosaic or ceramic tiles with TECNOCOL FLEX. use a 10-mm notched trowel. Use the double application technique: | Tecnocol Flex |
| 8th STEP: next grout the pool with a product that is water-repellent, flexible and resistant to weak acids: | Juntatec |
| 9th STEP: allow the shell to dry for 5 - 7 days, and enjoy your new pool again. |
