Use and Application Guide: FIXAQUA FILM
A liquid polyurethane membrane for on-site, non-overlapping waterproofing of roofs, roof terraces, tanks… suitable for pedestrian traffic.
Preparing the substrate:
- The substrates must be clean and free from dust, mould, paint, wax...
- If the substrate is damp or very dusty, first apply a coat of FIXAQUA PRIMER blocking primer.
- In terrace dilation joints, first attach the self-adhesive FIX-BANDA tape to both sides of the joint.
- When waterproofing water tanks, ALWAYS apply first a coat of FIXAQUA PRIMER before applying FIXAQUA FILM.
