Use and Application Guide: FIX-TERRATS
Flexible paint for waterproofing exterior non-trafficable terraces.
Preparing the substrate:
- This product's success begins with properly preparing the substrate: if the substrate is dirty or broken, neither the waterproofing nor the final look will meet your expectations.
- All of the imperfections must be repaired beforehand with FIX-REPAR and left to dry for at least 24 hours.
- Hollow brick or ceramic tiles do not require priming, but absorbent substrates such as concrete, mortar... need a first coat of FIX-TERRATS with water.
- VERY IMPORTANT: the terrace should have at least a 1% slope. If the terrace is flat, use FIXAQUA FILM for waterproofing.
