Use and Application Guide: FIX-REPAR
Pre-measured quick-setting mortar for repairing and restoring concrete.
Preparing the substrate:
This product's success begins with properly preparing the substrate: if the substrate is dirty or parts of it are broken, the FIX-REPAR will not adhere well and the final look and condition of the repair will not meet your expectations:
Three basic steps must be followed:
- eliminate all dust, grease, paint, broken bits of concrete…
- if there is an iron support, it must be protected from rusting in the future with FIX-REPAR ANTI-OXID: apply with a brush and allow to dry for 3 hours.
- if the concrete substrate is very dry, or the weather is very hot, it is best to dampen the surface with water before using FIX-REPAR.
